Below is my latest press release done in the month of May 2018:

Schizophrenic saint turns world’s fastest painter with a noble cause

World’s fastest landscape, realistic, and abstract paintings made in less than 1/5th fraction of a second each, and 11 new methods of painting with bare hands invented, with each method taking less than 30 seconds to complete a painting.

Parijoy Saha, a schizophrenic saint, born on February 14, 1974, from Kolkata, West Bengal, India, is the amazingly world’s fastest painter. He has discovered new painting techniques that enable him to paint realistic, abstract, and landscape paintings in less than a second. Parijoy Saha, also an Indian saint, spreads his teachings online with the help of his unusual art.

On 10th December 2015, Parijoy Saha made the world’s fastest realistic painting in a 1/5th fraction of a second, the world’s fastest abstract painting in a 1/5th fraction of a second, and the world’s fastest landscape painting in a 1/6th fraction of a second on 38 cm x 32 cm sized papers using bare hands. On 12th July 2013, he demonstrated 11 novel methods of painting using bare hands, with each method taking less than 30 seconds to complete a painting on 37 cm x 28 cm sized papers. On 11th December 2011, he made 51 paintings in 35 minutes using bare hands on 37 cm x 28 cm sized papers. He used white glue, watercolors, and ivory papers for making all the above-mentioned paintings.

Another extraordinary fact about the world’s fastest painter is that he is a 90% disabled patient of chronic schizophrenia. In spite of the seriousness of his illness, he has been extraordinarily creative and has received state-level, national-level, and international recognition, awards, and record certificates for his unique contribution to the world of art. He makes wonderful, unbelievable paintings with his fingers, nails, and palm without the use of brushes or any other tools in a matter of seconds. For his extraordinary creativity, he has received a state award from the Government of West Bengal for the category of “Outstanding Creative Adult Person with Disability.” He is expecting a national award from the Government of India this year.

He has been recognized by Official World Record (Spain), Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Cartoon (UK), Record Setter (USA), Record Holders Republic (UK), Limca Book of Records (India), India Book of Records, and Asia Book of Records.

Parijoy Saha is a 90% disabled patient of paranoid schizophrenia. He has been constantly suffering for the last 21 years due to his hallucinations and delusions. He hears voices, sees things, and experiences tastes and smells that do not exist in reality. He says that these are caused by excessive imagination. He says that his mind continuously imagines on its own that others—such as people, gods, divine powers, ghosts, evil powers, the devil, etc.—are talking to him, which is beyond his control, and he cannot stop it from happening. These are called hallucinations. He suffers from fear, trauma, and constant tension due to his hallucinations and delusions.

But in spite of his struggles and obstacles, he has made a unique contribution to the world of art. His 11 novel methods of painting within 30 seconds using bare hands are a new form of abstract speed art.

His paintings are a sheer beauty of colors, textures, and creations through new techniques. His paintings are vibrant, attractive, interesting, and wonderful.

The money that comes from the sale of Parijoy Saha’s paintings is used for spreading his teachings worldwide and for his ashram expenses, which is a charitable cause. He is an Indian saint, and his other name is Swami Tapasyananda Puri.

Parijoy Saha’s teachings are also available on this website for the welfare of mankind. People who visit his website to see his unusual paintings also get to read about his teachings.

His preaching is relevant to people of all religions. He says that all religions basically teach the same thing and that all religions are like different rivers leading to the same destination—the ocean.

His basic teaching is that everyone should pray to God and tell Him that they want to do everything right on their part and do not want to do anything wrong. Once they make this prayer, it becomes God’s responsibility to guide them and show them the right path.

He is on a noble mission to lead mankind to the right path so that all can attain perfection, peace, and joy. In his heart burns a strong, unending desire to help mankind suffering due to ignorance. His teachings lead mankind to the right path.

He has endured a lot for his noble mission and continues with determined will as his dream slowly turns into reality, as God fulfills his genuine prayers for all.

Parijoy Saha is an innately talented self-taught artist. His active mind sends quick decisions to his hands, resulting in sharp reflexes, precision, and energy while painting. He depends more on intuition than on reasoned thought. He has a quick thought process and great dexterity of hands, which enables him to create wonderful paintings one after another with great ease in very little time.

Parijoy Saha uses white glue and watercolors to make his paintings. White glue dries very fast; therefore, the paintings must be made quickly.

He also makes sculptures, vegetable and fruit carvings, and has designed stage sets for Aishwarya Rai, the former Miss World from India.

Before being diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia in 2002, Parijoy Saha worked as a chef. He graduated in hotel management in 2000. His illness forced him to take up painting with bare hands as his profession because he was no longer fit to do a regular job.

Parijoy Saha owes his success to his father, Late Lieutenant Colonel Parimal Chandra Saha; his mother, Dr. Vijay Netri Saha; and his sister, Pronita Sur, for their unconditional support, encouragement, care, and sacrifice.

World’s Fastest Abstract Painting (1/5th fraction of a second) Details:

On 10th December 2015, I made this painting titled “Sunset Abstract” in 1/5th of a second. The size of the paper was 38 cm × 32 cm. The paper was covered with white glue. Water colours were put on both hands. Till now, no colours had been applied on the paper. Preparations required to be done before starting to paint were done. Now I applied colours on the entire paper, and I completed applying colours on the entire paper in 1/5th of a second. Therefore, the painting was completed in 1/5th fraction of a second. The timing has been checked by the time line of movie editing software.

The YouTube link to the video of me making this world’s fastest abstract painting is given below:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1T07VWs3S2w

World’s Fastest Realistic Painting (1/5th fraction of a second) Details:

On 10th December 2015, I made this painting titled “The Rising Moon – Realistic” in 1/5th of a second. The size of the paper was 38 cm × 32 cm. The paper was covered with white glue, and a CD was fixed on the bottom of the paper.

Once the painting was finished, I removed the CD with the colours on it to reveal the white moon beneath. There is a rule that the entire paper should be covered with colour. You can check the video: the entire paper, including the CD on it, was covered with colour, but the CD with the colours on it was later removed to reveal the white moon beneath.

Painting made in 0.92 fraction of a second.

On 6th July 2006, I made this painting titled “Sound Waves of Blasting Music” in 0.92 fraction of a second. The size of the paper was 37 cm × 28 cm. The paper was covered with white glue. Water colours were put on both hands. Till now, no colours had been applied on the paper. Preparations required to be done before starting to paint were done. Now I applied colours on the entire paper, and I completed applying colours on the entire paper in 0.92 fraction of a second. Therefore, the painting was completed in 0.92 fraction of a second. The timing has been checked by the time line of movie editing software.

The title is "Sound Waves of Blasting Music", the reason being that if sound waves could be converted into colourful rays of light and I could see  what I hear, this is what one of my favourite song of band Metallica would look like.
